VLC to stream WMV9 encoded stream by ekoslav

Hello, I need to make VLC to stream from PCI TV card analog input to Windows Media Server (W2k3 server), and since client is a hardware device it needs to be encoded in WMV9 video codec. Working stream can be viewed at http://www.dijasporatv.com... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Video Services, Windows)
